BC SPCA -Speaking for Animals- The SPCA has operated since 1898 and as such has served the Greater Vancouver area with services and opportunities including: - emergency housing assistance for pets - pets for adoption (animals up for adoption are listed, with pictures, on our web site) - volunteer opportunities for anyone who enjoys working with animals, but find they are not able to have a pet of their own - they include: shelter dog walking and cat grooming.
