Built in 1917 from locally manufactured Knox Mountain brick, it is Kelowna’s oldest remaining packinghouse and the City of Kelowna’s first designated heritage building. Used as a fruit packinghouse up until the 1970s, it has been restored and reborn as a community center for arts and culture while at the same time maintaining strong ties to the Okanagan’s agricultural heritage.
