Any pre-arranged funeral plan contract can be cancelled up to time of death but,once you buy, you have no legal rights to cancel cemetery plot or memorial marker except, if purchased within your home you can cancel within7 days by sending letter to seller. A salesperson may enter your home to sell pre-paid funeral only after receiving written invitation from you 24 hours in advance.
